Many Cloud family researchers have sought to connect their lineages to William Cloud, born in 1621 in Wiltshire, England. Proving these connections has been a central focus of the Cloud DNA Project. Advances in DNA testing have played a crucial role in validating these connections—or revealing discrepancies. Janine's presentation will explore the genealogical backgrounds of the Cloud DNA Project members, regardless of their surnames, shedding light on the broader implications of genetic testing in family history research.
